This section covers the systematic primary and secondary survey approach to trauma patients, following the xABCDE sequence: exsanguinating hemorrhage control, airway management with cervical spine protection, breathing and ventilation, circulation with hemorrhage control, disability (neurological assessment), and exposure with environmental control. Questions will address initial patient assessment, prioritization of interventions, shock recognition and management, airway techniques, resuscitation principles, and the systematic approach to identifying and treating life-threatening injuries during the golden hour.
